"The lady that checked me out was EXTREMELY rude! (#001522372-Shilo) wearing and Iowa State ugly sweater. I found a coupon that I wanted to use and she ignored it. Then when I was using my debit card I told her debit and selected debit which it didn’t go through the first time and then she seemed to get an attitude when doing it the second time. I walked out extremely annoyed and flustered."

"even though I did not find everything I was looking for today my plans were to come back at another time, but during check out associate asked if I was a rewards member, I am & entered my number she scanned items asked for my DOB I told her that my previous visit I was asked for the same info & I provided she proceeded to tell me that I had to tell her my DOB, including the year to accumulate the rewards. I am already a rewards member, I receive emails several x's a month, in addition I received on Nov 3rd, a coupon for 20% for my birthday month, so why is she asking me for this information. I felt very uncomfortable since I understood all of the info was already provided, it was busy & crowded, w/strangers standing right next to me & could hear everything. I was a victim of fraud last year and I am very upset over this. It really took the joy out of my shopping experience. So please tell me is it necessary for me to provide this personal information every time I shop to get my rewards? This associate told me she needed that personal information to make sure I would get the rewards. I really felt like I was being hassled for information that was already provided"
